How African American's have been deprived of an Education and how it relates to Race & Discrimination

The historical neglect of African America's gaining the freedom of having a education has been evident ever since the first slaves, entered into the western civilization. Slaves were at the lowest of the social scale where "Rum and Niggers" were thought of as the trade of the day. The 'Black Code', was in placeto cripple the enlightenment of blacks, slaves with an education was considered to be dangerous to the slave system. Even emancipated slaves were given a bitter sweet education. There education was bootlegged, where text books was filled of reasons why slavery was good and the theory of blacks were naturally and inescapable physical work and having a mental incapacity to learn.
Around the 1910 Blacks wanted equal but separate. This was at the peak of lynching season. This period expresses a time period where blacks were discriminated from a just education, and an up hill battle for the next generation to be liberated to equality.

I like your generally informative language. You offer many facts that could easily be supported by evidence. You have offered a clear description of how your topic relates to discrimination. Good Job! Keep it up!!!
